Spring is here! The bounty at the farmers market is confirming that we are in deed gearing up to have some fun in the kitchen. As more greens become available, we thought it was time to update our salads and give them some color. We love making our own dressing to ensure it is as clean as can be.

Combine all in a blender or Magic Bullet, store in a glass jar refrigerated for up to a week.
1 Teaspoons Turmeric
1/4 cup Tahini
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2-3/4 cup Water (depends on how thick you want the dressing)
