This self-care calf massage is perfect for fatigued legs and sore, tight, or overworked calf muscles.
Lay on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor hip-width distance apart. Keeping your left knee bent, lift your left leg up, so the left calf hovers parallel to the floor.
Point your right foot and use the top of your right foot to gently tap up and down the calf muscles of the opposite leg.
For a deeper massage, tap more vigorously. Tap for 1-2 minutes, then switch legs. After completing each side, hug both knees into the chest to massage the lower back.
