When inflammation exceeds normal levels to become chronic it can damage your body’s healthy cells and tissue and have negative effects. Turmeric’s active compound curcumin helps your body maintain a positive inflammation response so your body can focus on what needs attention without going into hyper-drive. At Temple Turmeric we craft all our turmeric-based beverages with powerful whole-root organic Hawaiian Oana Turmeric and adaptogenic ingredients like black pepper, cayenne, ginger, and plant-based fats that help increase the functionality and bioavailability of curcumin to support this positive inflammation response.

Symphonic adaptogens are ingredients like pepper, ginger, plant-based fats, and other botanicals that we include in Temple Turmeric to help your body absorb the powerful benefits of curcumin, turmeric’s active compound.
